About the Role
We are seeking people with expertise in strategy, growth and sustainability within the community services or NFP sector, with a proven track record in engaging and building diverse stakeholder relationships, and who have a passion for disability services social inclusion outcomes.
Our ideal candidates are a passionate, engaged and purpose-driven leaders with a collaborative and inclusive management style, alongside a strong understanding of corporate governance, the role of an effective Board and management, and experience executive management and development, collaboration and collective impact.

Living with a disability can be difficult – it can feel isolating, like life is going on around you, without you. Extended Families Australia exists to challenge that – we’re a group of people who believe that having joy in your life and being a part of your community is important for everyone.
We support children and young people 0-35 and their families in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula to build friendships and create meaningful connections within the community.
