Interview tips Job seeking strategies

If you don't prepare questions for your job interview, you run the risk of the interviewer assuming you aren't interested or haven't prepared. It's important to have some questions at the ready...just not these ones.

  1. Oh. Am I late?
  2. Just what is it that you all do here?
  3. I'm sorry, did I nod off?
  4. What was your name again?
  5. No coffee, thanks, but could I have a brandy?
  6. Did somebody just fart?
  7. Have you found salvation?
  8. Where's the nearest TAB to the office?
  9. These clients…I wouldn't have to be in the same room with them, would I?
  10. Can we skip this part?
  11. Don't worry, the doctor said I'm contagious, not infectious. Or was that the other way round?
  12. Did I ask your opinion?
  13. That salary - would I have to start paying tax on it?
  14. Wait, did I just say that out loud?
  15. Is this a dog-friendly office? After the postman incident, the court order said I couldn't leave my pit bull in the yard anymore.
  16. Just in case I don't get the job, do you have the number of that hottie in reception?
  17. Can we start over?
